7/24 hour service means, customer can reach authorized persons and reach solution fast. We serve all authorized persons contact numbers and customers can call/contact service staffs at any time needed. Till service staffs reaches to the customers company they are responsible to give support online.
1.The service staff wil not do the machine assembling if the working surface/ ground is not suitable for machine activation. After the surface/ground problems has been solved machine assembling can be realized , otherwise the machine will be handled as exclusion non warranty.
2 The Service staff has to check all necessary electrical cables and installations. If the electrical installations inadequate to runs the system ,the machine will not be started unless system completed.
3.Customer has to prepare all electrical, water and air installations before the machine arrives at customer’s facility.
4.During the Machine installation Customer has to dedicate 2 staffs for assembling.
5.Customer is responsible from the put down Machine and move to the area. For this process Crane, forklifts and necessary tools has to be ready. All these operation has to be done with our technical staffs inspection.
6.Machine assembling period can change following Machine type and Tonnage.
7.Machine assembling periods.
Electrical Machine assembling period : 1 to 4 days ( 30 ton to 550 ton)
Electrical Machine assembling period : 5 to 7 days ( 700 ton to 1.100 ton)
